Orbesoft is now providing our own repair/maintenance agreements for our customers with existing Intermec maintenance agreements. The CK31 end-of-life status now prevents renewal of Intermec based maintenance agreements. We have many customers actively using these units and have made special provisions to continue servicing these units.
Contact us if you have not received a renewal quote for your expiring agreement. You should get the offer automatically one month before your existing agreement expires.
